About me
As someone who has struggled with weight this is an opportunity to share my story and to inspire others! I have been bullied and belittled about my weight my whole life, so I decided to change for the better. I changed my lifestyle for the better, got a positive mindset about myself and my body. This meant I was able to lose a lot of weight, get into better shape, have a healthier outlook on life.
Now being a qualified physical trainer I am able to help people who were in my position or in a similar situation, and helping them to change their lifestyle for the better. I want to help people achieve the changes they want or need to their body and help them build a healthy balanced relationship with food.

I will be offering workout plans for: Home-workouts and Gym workouts, online lesson's which are group sessions and one to one.
I have been training/ teaching people for 3 years and helping people with their own weight loss journey. I got my qualification through the Marine Society Sea Cadets.
